Delivery Information

Delivery of Your Products:

Once the order is placed, Pawzone aims to have your Internet order ready for delivery within 24 hours of receipt and payment (Monday to Friday).
Orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed for delivery until Monday morning, this also includes public holidays.

Personalised products are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks.  

Shipping Costs

Auckland wide delivery - Free (excluding food 15kg and over) Auckland City to Kaiwaka & Helensville, Bombay Hills & Clevedon. 

Outside of Auckland delivery $5.00 (excluding food 15kg and over)

Food 15kg and over delivery $10.00 

Please note we do not ship outside of New Zealand, please contact us directly for Waiheke Island, Hauraki Gulf and South Island freight charges.


Order Missing or Damaged?

All orders are processed and couriered with 24-48 hours. If you have placed an order and believe it has gone missing you must notify us within 14 days of placing the order. If your delivery is damaged please notify us within 7 days of purchase.

REFUNDS:

If your goods are faulty and cannot be replaced we will happily give you a refund as per the Consumers Guarantee Act.
However, if you have “changed your mind” or the goods are not as “you expected” or you have purchased the wrong size we will happily either exchange or give you a credit note to use either on-line or in our retail store providing goods are returned in perfect unused condition with packaging 100% intact within five working days of being received. This credit is offered at our discretion ~ as per the Consumers Guarantee Act we are not obliged to refund or credit in the above instances
If you do receive a faulty product please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Orders

If you have selected a shipping option that does not apply to you, Pawzone reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order, or charge for the correct shipping. You will be notified if shipping costs will be extra to what you had selected.
